Setup & Packup

These vehicles require trained operators to setup & pack-up at each location. Once the vehicles are in place and setup, our assistance for everyday operation is not essential. We can train the hirer on the basic operation of the facility including security, closing the main ramp, alarm, generator power and emergency procedures. Equally, we can provide staff to act as hosts.

Venue requirements

Access – Clear access is essential. The key elements of this are:

• Height, width and turning radius are suitable for a semi-trailer combination of up to 18 metres. The roadway should have over 4.25m of overhead clearance e.g. no overhanging tree branches.
• Weight — the site is rated for heavy combinations.
• Permits, licences and approvals have been obtained.
• Noise — If power is to provided by the on-board generator, consideration should be given to neighbours. While the generators do not exceed the residential dB rating, the noise is constant.
